What happens in a session?

A session is a guided space to slow down, drop in, and meet yourself fully.
Through conscious connected breath and body awareness, we create the conditions for what’s under the surface to come forward—old patterns, buried emotion, stuck energy, or deeper truths that want to be seen and felt.
I’ll support you to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness using breathwork. From this space, the body speaks, and the wisdom beneath your struggles can begin to emerge. You don’t need to figure it all out—you just need to stay with what arises.
There’s power in being witnessed, and in meeting yourself without judgment. This work can bring insight, release, clarity and relief—but just as often, it brings quiet knowing, a sense of being home in your body, or the subtle awareness of your next right step.
The tools you gain here aren’t just for the session. They’re ones you can carry into life—to meet challenges, to regulate and to connect more deeply with yourself and others.
You don’t need to be struggling to do this work. Breathwork can be just as powerful when life feels steady. It’s a way to slow down and tune in to what’s moving beneath the surface—a way of attuning to your body and deeper self, whatever’s present.
Sometimes what arises is calm or expansive, sometimes it’s painful or confronting—and often, it’s somewhere in between.
All of it belongs.
This practice helps you meet it with strength, presence, and curiosity.
